VIRUS?! A LOT of computers all the sudden cannot connect to the net!

Yes -- please post a HiJackThis log here. DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING WITH HJT WITHOUT INSTRUCTION -- it's a powerful tool, but it's also a great way to turn your computer into a paperweight if you're not careful!!! I'll help you sort it out...

Though it sounds like something's screwed up with your router. Try plugging one of the computers that isn't working into the 2nd port and see if it starts working...

I've tried that.. even tried plugging the computers directly into the modem as I have already stated in my previous post.

Thanks for hijackthis.. i'll try to clear some stuff up. I know what the important system stuff is..

I fixed it!
I figured the ISP wasn't letting me pull more IP addresses anymore.
So I went out and got a router, and everything is working great now!

duh ;p, but u said your on differnt isps and both are having the same problems. Anyways........
