Virtualization hosed in G1.Sniper 5 BIOS?

Has anyone else noticed this?

I got a 4770 non-K specifically because I'm a dev and the new instructions + virtualization are important to me. Unfortunately it looks like the G1.Sniper 5 BIOS wasn't really tested with these. I understand it's a gamer board, but for the price this is kind of ridiculous.

Virtualization -- setting this to "enabled" causes hypervisor to become enabled, but disables VT-x. "disabled" disables the hypervisor but enables VT-x. Hyper-V freaks out either way. VirtualBox can work with only VT-x at a minor decrease in perf, so thankfully I'm not completely stuck.

VT-d -- enabling this applies a mask to CPUID which causes all the new instructions to be turned off. I'm guessing this BIOS was copied from an older CPU and they forgot to update this part.

Hoping they release an F6 version soon which addresses these.
