Virtual Server Networking Problem

dawks

Diamond Member
I have a Virtual Server (Server 2003 R2) with 3 virtual NIC's. right now only one is enabled. When I enable the second one, networking is basically killed. The server can no longer ping anything except its own IP's.

Is there a way to fix this?

Thanks

NOt eought information. Need information on what the NICS are bound to etc.. Why do you have a VM with 3 NICs? For most machines 1 is plenty, 2 more than enough for a firewall etc..

NIC A will be for local subnet, B is for 2nd subnet, and NIC C is for RRAS/VPN access.

NIC's are bound to the same External Virtual Network.. They have just the standard items bound to them in the Guest OS (Client for MSFT networks, TCP/IP)...

Thanks.
