Virtual mem drive with ddr ram gives more performance than oc'ed cpu or fsb

I think if u got more than 1 or 2 gigs of ddr ram, you can use it as a hard drive and run some software programs with it..
I tried and It's much faster than oc'ing a cpu or buying a 8mb hard drives. Only takes less than a second to load and run any softwares.
