virtual ftp servers in win2k?

In win2k you can host tons of websites off of one IP as long as you use host header names. Is it possible to do the same?

I would like to allow anonymous access to multiple domains i.e. multiple anonymous accounts, each with their own directory/security limitations. My win2k box currently hosts about 40 web domains, and I'd like to have 40 separate ftp domains also.

Any ideas?
