Hey, what exactly is Virtual Channel mem / how is it different from normal RAM?

Also, I have 256 Mb of VC ram right now (Two 128 Mb DIMMs), and I am looking to add another 256 Mb of VC (It must be VC, since it's not compatible with regular RAM)- anyone know where I can find a 256 Mb stick of VC ram? Largest I can find on pricewatch.com is 128 Mb ... only have one DIMM slot left so I need a single 256 Mb.
