Virtual CD

When using virtual CD for a personal translation CD, the process went right.
But the virtual CD still asking me for the serial number. when typing the number it does not give me an invalid CD key message, instead, it still asks me to put the CD on the drive
Any possible reason? is there any special set of rules I should make to accomplish the mission well
since this is my first time working on Virtual CD

Some CD's just won't work/detect the fact that they are virtual and not actually in a proper drive.

daemon tools with all options on combined with a blindwrite image will always work
