Okay, helping my mom out here. Updated her anti-virus (AVG) on her comp. (Dell w/W2K Pro) and ran a scan. It found these two. It can't get rid of Randex.C, and it re-infects Randex.D after the scan healed it. I've searched at google, Symantic, etc., but no clues on how to get rid of it so far. Has anybody out there had any experience w. these?
