Here's a pretty good article. The guy takes you through his 7237 mods start to finish. It's not real specific with a lot of things but it's nice to get an overall picture of the process.

Newbie to modding myself. Just actually cut my first two holes (one intake and one blow hole) with a dremel. Just traced the grill, put masking tape around the circle (so you don't scratch or go beyond the perimeter), and starting cutting away.

I first started out on the first speed with the dremel, and didn't think it was going to happen. Got kind of nervous with all the sparks. But I threw it at the highest speed, and took about 10 minutes. Then I sanded them out with the sander bit (whatever it's called).
