The seller said that this sandwich is 10 years old and she believes that the image is Virgin Mary.

No I don't, but this is a real ebay auction and the auction is going over $70,000 with 5 days left.
 
the dark and light areas are, for the most part, randomly located on a sandwich. It is not hard for me to believe that, eventually, the random 'grill pixels' would align in what could be interpreted as an image of a woman's face. As for the other facts about the sandwich not growing mold, maybe it was able to sufficiently dry out before anything could grow.

Or maybe this is our millenia's burning bush or stone tablets from the mount. 😀
