Viper V770 and newer motherboards

Hi:
I am upgrading my PC after abt 3 years. I have a new Motherboard that requires AGP 2.0, with 1.5V. I am trying to use my old Video Card - its a Diamond Viper V770. Anyone know if there is a way to make it work?

What's my cheapest option for a new videocard, if the V770 won't work? This PC is mostly used for surfing and office work.

Thanks

Holy sweet mother of god. I had one of those.

I wonder where it went.... scary.

I also had a Viper V550? The Original Riva 128 chipset.

I had a 4MB Viper V330 PCI... old stuff. BTW, I don't think it'll work. You can pick up a Radeon 7500 or so for around $50 ($47 at NewEgg) and still see a boost if you do occasionally game.

Hate to nitpick, but the riva128 chipset was a Diamond MM Viper 330 the Viper 550 was the TNT 1 chipset. 😀
