Viper 770 vs viper 770 ultra

I missed the chance to get the viper770 ultra from diamond.
I wonder what the ultra had that the regular one doesn't? Is the viper770 worth getting and if not what do you recommend.

The ultra is clocked faster than the regular, so its faster. Depends how much you get it for, I wouldn't pay more than $60 new or used. If you want the most bang for the buck, get a geforce 2 MX for $110 or so.
