Vio Voltage Tweaking on the Iwill KK266?

Anyone have any information on the Vio Voltage tweaking options available on the Iwill KK266? I read one review claiming the ability to modify Vio +/-.1V, but this seems a bit on the low side.

Forget the question. Just found this in Tom's new review:

"On the motherboard you can set JP10 to 1-2 or to 2-3 in order to raise the I/O voltage by 5% or 10%."
