I was recently given a camera. Other than the factory box and the two lenses, nothing came with it. Both lenses are in yellow plastic Kodak cases listed as "3 Color Filter" and "3 Portrait Attachment". Both appear to be in good condition with the exception of a small chip on the edge of the color filter one.
The camera is a Detrola Corporation Model G camera. The whole back comes off as in the picture and rotating the circle on the back exposes two red lenses. It has a marking inside the back cover saying to us any 15/8x2/12 film. The shutter activator is actually on the lens instead of the camera body as one would suspect. The camera is in really good condition with the exception of the view finder that looks like it deteriorating (possible Bakelite) but still solid.
How much would something like this bring? I might try eBay.
