You can check the status online at a website listed on the rebate form. If it doesn't show in a timely manner, you have to call them and they give you an address where you can resubmit copies of your rebate. If you still don't get your rebate, you can complain to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General of the state where Viking and the rebate company are located. This can usually be done online via the Internet. From my experience, the Attorney General really bothers company lawyers. They gladly pay after this. I hope more people take this route so Viking stops trying to steal from people by saying the rebates were lost. You would think the US post office is as reliable as some third world backwater with all the submissions that disappear.if i do this deal... what are the chances that my submitted rebate stuff mysteriously disappears? what do i have to do if that happens?
