Would you belive I get connections to my website's from people's worm infected Linksys E1200's all the time? The script I run blocks it, but I see this almost every day in the logs. The worm is the Moon worm and I made a thread here so that people would know to update their firmware. Most don't do that. They just expect the router to function. I'm glad I switched to DD-WRT about 7 years ago already.

I give it lukewarm support. Running arbitrary code on your gear isn't good, and bad coding can open up new holes, but it's exploiting a vulnerability, and fixing it. Better it, than something less nice.
