Viewsonic VX2000-Refresh Rate?!

I was checking out viewsonic's webpage and came across their new VX2000. It claims to have technology that gives it a quicker refresh rate then previous monitors. I have been holding out on purchasing a LCD because, as a gamer and HDTV card owner, I can't afford the blurs of a standard LCD. Does anyone have one of these? If so, are you able to play FPS-type games smoothly, or watch TV on a card or tuner? Thanks in advance
 
Web site shows the following tech specs on the VX2000:
Response Time 25ms (typ)

Maybe this is much faster than what Viewsonic was previously offering, but Planar has had panels that offer this speed for a while now.

Thought this spec was interesting tho:
Contrast Ratio 600:1 (typ) :Q
