Viewsonic VP930B Refresh Rate

I have this monitor.

Windows says the max safe refresh rate on the monitor is 70hz. Is this true? On the newegg page it says it can go up to 85 (i think), so is that also true?

Would it be safe to have my monitor running at 75hz? I really don't care about going up to 85 but I at least want to do 75.

So would 75hz be safe?

Can't belive I didn't see that one. It's 10 threads down, on the same page and still didn't see it. Maby I need glasses or something.
