Viewsonic VG712

I would love to hear your opinions on the ViewSonic VG712. It is a 12ms model with DVI input and an attractive price.
Is it better than the Samsung 710T (or TM)?

I found out that this model sells only in Europe. In America there is a similar model, the VG 710 which is 16ms. Although this model probably uses a different panel, I would still like to hear opinions if it's possible.
