I went to a thrift store with my friends. While we were looking around, I found a ViewSonic tv tuner. It looked like it was in very good condition. So I took a chance and I bought it. And guess what, it worked! I only payed 5 bucks for it. They are selling these for like about $170! So you'll never know what you can find in a thrift store.
