actually, i see that you can easily search for the coupon $40 off coupon code via google, and if you don't add the camera, the price will be 159.99 + tax shipped after rebates. Where is the coupon to apply to get the camera for free...

Trey22, you may be absolutely correct about the coupon rule (admittedly, I am rather new here), but the link you supplied is to the rules for AnandTech's For Sale/Trade forum, not the Hot Deals forum. The first sentence reads, "Welcome to the AnandTech For Sale/Trade forum." The only reference to posting coupon codes reads, "No coupon (code) sales," and is listed under the "Trading Rules:" heading.

two of the rebates say "Offer limited to in-store purchases, not valid with transactions placed online or by phone, including orders for in-store pick up"

Rebates also say "One Rebate Per Qualifying Purchase". Since it's going to the same address, I am assuming they would catch the second rebate comming through and deny it. Am I correct in that assumption?

I agree. I don't see how you could get all the rebates for the monitor. I believe only one would be valid so $329 - 40 instant - 50 rebate = $239. Someone please explain how all the rebates would work if I am wrong.

Well i went and bought mine at the store, and had a coupon code for the 40 dollar off.

The cash register printed 2 rebates, one for 30 and the other for 50. So i assume it works. Its advertised instore special as 249AR after the 50+30 rebates. The extra rebate for 50 looks like a Manufatures rebate from Viewsonic. So i guess thats how all 3 could be used.

The rebates are valid for instore buy only, the $40 code is only valid if you have the actual coupon paper (not the code by itself).
Picked one up today and 2 rebates printed out, one of them has the mfg. mir address.
Still $200+tax on this 8ms monitor is not bad, wont really need dvi until i use higher res than what these 19" can give.

okay, funny guy... where do I find the $40 off coupon? I don't see it on spoofee.

I can find $30 off $150 but no $40 coupons.

Great deal, I have the VA902b (got one for my dad too) and am very happy with it. It's real crisp and is alot easier on the eyes then other models I looked at in this price range.
