Viewsonic RMA

Last week I had to ship one of my lcd monitors back for warranty work. At that time viewsonic had the rma information available on thier website for anyone to check on. This week that portion of the support section is missing and if I attempt to email them it comes back rejected. Their help section doesn't seem to function as in using the link to their email address doesn't seem to work now and will return an error. Suffice to say I'm not happy with them hence I didn't consider them when I purchased my newest monitor nor do they have to worry about future purchases from me. What I wanted to know is if any of you guys have had any rma dealings with them recently and if so did they turn out ok? Thanks.
