viewsonic rma anyone?

Has anyone here ever rma'd a viewsonic monitor? How long does it take? They said they'd send me a brand new monitor but I haven't heard another word from them. It should have arrived last friday or yesterday monday at their place. I'm guessing I'm supposed to get some kind of shipping information right? Is there a delay in when they receive the unit back and when they ship a new one out? Tired of waiting...damn it's keeping me from half life 2.

I've RMA'd a monitor with them before. They cross shipped to me, and allowed me to use the packaging to send the old one back. Very fast too. Their customer service was open 24 hours a day, and I called at about 8 AM on a Saturday morning and woke up some poor schmuck in California. But he was very nice about it and the process was very smooth.

I didn't get my tracking number automatically, I called and the guy sent it to me.
