Viewsonic Optiquest V95.. stuck in 60 hz?!?!

Hi, this monitor seems to be stuck at a refresh rate of 60 no matter what.

i set the screen refresh rate to 100 hz but on the ati display and monitor osd it still saids it is 60 hz.

i've used refresh force to try and lock at 100hz but it's still at 60..

i think its because i need the monitor display .inf (windows detects monitor as Default Monitor) but i can't find it. anyone help?

still stuck at 60 hz..

i went to the displays in ati control panel.

raised the monitor refresh rate and my monitor went in suspend mode.

had to go in safe mode and uninstall drivers. :/
 
Try changing it to Plug and Play monitor.
Change the refresh rate in Monitor to say 85 and change it in the displays to also 85.
 
hmm. i just manually changed the display driver to optiquest v95..

i dont know why it doesn't autodetect it ?

changed both refresh rate and display in ati driver to 85 and it seems to be working.
