Viewsonic GS790 - Should I buy it?

I'm looking for a 19" monitor. I have read very good things about the GS790, and although its not flat and not invar shadow mask, it still seems good. Does anyone have this monitor or can anyone reccommend it?

You will be very happy with a Viewsonic. I have the PS790 and love it. It is the same as the GS790 but has a smaller footprint.

NO, The GS 790 is about the worst model Viewsonics makes. It has a really bad moire adjustment problem and geometry issues also. The short neck footprint that the GS790 uses seems to be the culprit for these display problems. The G790 was a killer model, two bad it was disscontinued.
