Viewsonic E90F vs. Sylvania F93

I'm wondering if someone could check out the specs on these two monitors and tell me which looks like the better one. It seems the Sylvania has better refresh rates, but I don't know enough about monitors to know how much that should influence my decision.

I dont own it but I personally own three viewsonic monitors 2 CRT 21" and 1 LCD 19" and I love VIEWSONIC.
