Viewsonic E790b and other 19" black monitors

I'm in the market for a 19" balck monitor, and I'm a couple days away from buying the viewsonic. Any comments or suggestions on getting a different monitor? Anyone have this monitor?

There isn't many of them and I believe they are not up to date with the newest standards because of the black case construction against the brightness of the monitor. Bad for your eyes probably. I'd go with a regular color monitor unless you absolutely need a black one.
