Viewsonic denies $100 Rebate for VG-150 purchased from Dell!

To any Anandtech users who purchased a Viewsonic VG-150 from Dell after July 1st, 2001 and assumed you would be eligible for the current $100 mail in rebate, Viewsonic is now denying payment.

Acutally I purchased a 17IN monitor from a large retail comp store in march, came with a $40 mir and I still haven't seen the damn thing. Ironically, the a$$holes sent me an e-mail the other day asking what I thought of the service and if I wanted to put my rebate towards another viewsonic purchase. F*ck you very much, thank you.
