ViewSonic dead pixel policy?

I received my VX924 a week ago from ZipZoomFly. When I got it I checked it for dead pixels I thought pretty good and didn't notice any. 2 days later I noticed 3 dead pixels, I'm not sure if the screen came like this or if it happend within the 2 days that I had it. 2 of the pixels are right on top of each other and they are Greenish/blue color and the other one is red. I really don't notice them unless i'm viewing a website that has alot of white on it like yahoo mail. I've tried to contact ViewSonic first though e-mail last friday and yesterday though a form on there site but haven't heard back. Just wondering if anyone else has delt with them.
