Viewsonic CRT @ 115hz?

I play a few games competitively on the pc, and recenly got my old CRT out for use again. I have the viewsonic P225f ( http://viewsonic.com.pk/support/desktopdisplays/crtmonitors/proseries/p225f/ ) which can do 115hz at 1280x1024. Right now in windows resolution options the highest setting available is 100hz. I realize this isn't a huge difference, but I'd love to squeeze a little more out of this gem. I tried unchecking "hide modes that this monitor cannot display" and still no 115hz option. I'm running win7 pro x64. I considered finding a driver on the webpage given but there are no drivers for win7. I tried installing the vista64 drivers with no change.

Just wondering if anyone out there has this monitor or any ideas. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I don't think 115hz is a standard refresh rate, dunno how you'd enable it.

My old CRT sits to the left of me and runs 1600x1200@120hz. 🙂

EDIT: Why would you run a 5:4 resolution on a 4:3 screen?
