Viewsonic 930B not really that good anymore?

Based on advice here, I bought my Viewsonic 930B early in the year and have been very pleased with it, especially the contrast and color rendition. My sister has asked me for advice on buying a monitor and I was going to recommend this same model but upon looking at the video guide here, it seems to have slipped way down to the bottom of the ladder. Why is this so? What recommendations would you have for a 19" monitor now that would mainly be used for office work and home light multimedia and picture viewing, no hard core game play.

19" 5:4 is a dying breed.
And 19" WS are usually all lower quality TNs.
