Viewing Temporary Internet Files on a LAN...HELP!

How can I view another computer's Temporary internet files? When I go to another computers directory and open that folder, the contents of the folder is for is my local machine, not the remote machine. Is there a way around this? I know I can set up a proxy server to accomplish the same task, but I was hoping I wouldn't have to do that.
