Viewing scheduled tasks on a remote computer

Doens't matter if you go through network neighborhood or through the \\NETBIOS level you can't view the scheduled tasks on another computer. The at \\computername doesn't work either. Some users can though. Users are browsing from a XP machine to a 2003 server. Any ideas why certain machines can't see the scheduled tasks share?
