Viewing raw data on hard drive

My partition tables got messed up (thank you, Norton), but I have some files on my hard drive that I absolutely need. The FAT tables are no good (the addresses are all wrong, because the partition was moved), but the data must still be there. Anybody know of a program I could use to browse through the data on the hard drive? (has to be dos - I can't boot into Windows)
