Is it possible to use my computer's web browser history to look at pages that were recently viewed? I accidentally deleted some very important email and this is my last hope of getting it again.
 
If the emails were hosted on a place like gmail, yahoo, hotmail, or really any other web based service, without a desktop backup via IMAP or POP then they are pretty much gone I think.
 
have you tried contacting the sender? Ask them to send the email again.
 
It was on my school's email, I contacted them but they said they can do nothing. My last hope is that maybe the pages were saved in temp file including the most recent pages. Unfortunately in this case I can not ask the sender to resend the email.
