viewing NTFS partitions on Red Hat 9

just finished installing red hat 9. i can't seem to find out how to view the drives i have on the hard drives like in Windows. where do i look or what do i need to do so that i can view the drives? also, does RH9 come with a Windows emulator so that i can run Windows programs? i know these are pretty "noobie" questions but this is my first experience with Linux although i'm fairly competent with Windows. any help will be appreciated.
