Viewing Hidden Text in MS Word

I am trying to use MS Word to find and replace ( a function in MS word) names of certain individuals with a different color. Find and replace works great, but I can't cut and paste a color into the text box. Anyone know how to do this?

Click on edit
Click on find
Click on replace tab

Now how do you put colored text into that box?

As for hidden text, in some areas \n means character return. Can I view this stuff in MS word?

In the find/replace dialog click on the more button (to the left of replace & replace all).

It should expand giving you a lot more options, including formating and special characters (\n,\t etc.)
