Viewer for VIVO?

I have an msi geforce4 ti 4200 which includes vivo, the intsallation disk for it included capture drivers but not a viewer. I have updated all drivers for it but I still have no way of viewing the input. Could anyone help me find a solution, preferable free program, but I would look into other programs with resonable cost. It kinda annoys me there is no way to view it and I got so much software with it. Any help is appreciated.
 
http://www.dscaler.org/ is an absolutly incredible (free) program for viewing video. It's compatibility is kind of limited because it doesn't use WDM drives so it may not work for you. Doesn't record well.

Otherwise iuVCR (less then free) is a great product for recording (sucks for viewing).
