View traffic type and machine ID from router port?

I have server branch offices that connect to my main building with DS1's (they all have Cisco 2600's and they tie into a 3640 here).

One branch has been having a problem with lots of network traffic taking up all the bandwidth. I was wondering if there was a tool out there that could quickly display the protocols coming in on that router port on my 3600 and display the machines that are using them also by chance?
