View the size of a list of folders

Windows Explorer doesn't show the size of a folder by default, so I have to right click on each folder to view it one by one.
Are there any quick way to view all the individual folder's size at a time?
 
The status bar at the bottom should tell you the number of files in a folder. Maybe I don't understand the question.
