Viewonic VX3258-2KPC-MHD I bought two months ago
A bad pixel occurred on the model monitor. I wanted to return it to the company, but they said it was user error. How normal is it that bad pixels are user error? Inflation in Turkey has begun to cause operators to behave unfairly and unlawfully🙁
 
In the first few weeks of a monitor, a bad pixel is almost always a manufacturing defect uncovered by power/thermal cycling of the display (aside from physical damage such as an impact).
