So, I have a XFX Geforce 6800xt with the latest drivers (91.47). Everytime I play a video file (any format) on any video player, my computer would slow down so much that it takes 3-4 minutes to respond to anything. And when it does, it does it very slowly. Everything else works fine (Windows XP, games, etc.)

I narrowed it down to my drivers because when I had the 84.21 drivers installed, everything worked fine. But I recently upgraded to SP2 and I couldn't use the 84.21 drivers. I would get a instant BSOD when windows is loading and an automatic restart.

Is there anything I can do to fix this problem or do I have to wait for nvidia to release a set of new drivers?
