Do any of you know of a good picture quality Videophone?
My folks got a VP-200 for free since they are deaf, which the quality is very good. Sorenson uses it at their center and is very crisp and said to be valued at $700. I tried to find out who makes the for them, figuring it's just rebranded, but I struck out.
Shortly later they bought a D-Link i2eye DVC-1000 for my Mom's sister and the quality is OK and does the job for $150 at NewEgg, which I can also get for $135 with employee discount at my company.
So I'm just wondering if there is something with a better quality out there that won't break the bank. Also, I'm not fond of a webcam hooked up to the PC due to resolutions would just make the window small on my end or blocky if I expand the window.
One requirement is that it would have to be hooked up to the TV and maybe even a microphone built in.
Thanks in advance.
