Check if ATi has anything on PCI featuring the Rage Theatre chip..
I don't know if they used that in anything before the Radeon (becasue frankly I didn't give a damn about ATi's products before the Radeon :)), but the Rage Theatre is the best TV-output chip in consumer graphics cards, so if anything has it that will.

I think there is a PCI version of the Radeon scheduled isn't there?
Or maybe a Rage128FuryPro or whatever...

My roommates Voodoo3-3000 only does TV-out in 640x480 I'm pretty sure.

Edit: Maybe the Matrox Marvel series...they had a pretty good TV I/O setup on that card...I think they had a Marvel G200 PCI

ATI all-in-wonder would be your best bet, FYI your TV will only do 800x600 and it probaboy will be really jumpy, 640x480 is your best bet for a TV resolution!

I've got a Matrox Marvel G400, the TV out is excellent, it's almost readable at 1024x768.
