videocard still a bottleneck?

ive got a X800GTO2 that ive got running as a X850XTPE
3000+Winchester
1Gb PC3200

i really dont think my vid card is the bottle neck right now... as im starting to play w/ oc'ing my cpu. and ive had it up to 2.3GHz from the 1.8GHz and it gave a 600 point or so increase in PCMark05.
