Videocard power requirements and +12V vs -12V

I am looking to buy a midrange videocard for my system. My power supply is Antec SP-350 Specs Here.

It has 15 Amps on the +12V rail. Also has 10 Amps on the -12V rail. All videocards requirements I see are in terms of the +12V rail.

I would like to know what are the respective uses of the +12V and -12V rails. Can I assume I have only 15 Amps available for the vidcard?

Also, what components are fed off the 3.3V and 5.5V rails?

Following replies, I might have additional questions about the way to make sure that I get the most powerful card that my system will be able to feed, considering that I have already decided that I won't replace my power supply.

I have tried the PSU Calculator, but it is not precise regarding +12V available power.

It's sinking!!!

Can't anyone explain at least what the -12V is used for and why there is a -12V and a +12V?
