Are there any good free video overclocking utilitys? I really like Powerstrip, but I'm not sure I want to buy it. Though nice, I don't think I need all the other featers in the program, just somthing to turn the speed up on my video card.

Depends on what video card you have.

For my Radeon 64 VIVO, I use Raid on Tweaker (sorry no link, but should be easy to find).
