Video will not dispay on 2nd of dual display

I have a laptop(gateway 9500) with an ATI rage mobility. I run a docking station and have an LCD hooked to it.

The dual display works great, but whenever I drag a video player on to the LCD monitor, the sound will play but the video is blank. Drag it back to the laptop display and it works fine.

Video will only play in your primary display device. Not too many ways around it if any. If you want the video to play in the 2nd screen and not the first, go through you display settings and look for 'make this my primary display' or something like that. In short, you'll need to play around with it
