Pretty freakin' amazing. Course it's a clay court, which is more forgiving, but neat all the same.
*edit* wrong type of forums.

I think that's a fake... all of those Powerade commercials are "enhanced" I think. Or, if they really did happen, I find them almost completely unbelievable! ;)

That one's real, I think - click the sixty-second link; it will show the point before, and replays of it.

I'm pretty sure that's one of the Powerade commercials... so it's fake...

This is kinda like that one with Michael Vick throwing the football out of the stadium, isn't it?

Yes, and pretty common these days.

Yeah, I'm not sure if the video is real or not. I guess it probably isn't, because of the commercial. But whatever, I just posted it for everyone's entertainment.

Pretty sure that's fake.

1) It's pretty unbelievable.
2) It's in a Powerade commercial.
3) I don't play tennis, but if you watch the guy who is going to hit the 'serve' back, it looks like he's still only bringing the racket back after the ball has already stuck into the ground. At that point I think he'd have to be moving the racket forward unless he wants to completely miss the ball.

Of course it isn't real. The Michael Vick throwing the ball and the woman jumping the bridge are both fake Powerade commercials, and so is this.

The problem with the Powerade commercials is that some of them are real, and some are fake. They do that to generate discussion like this. :D

I think it's fake because we would have heard about it in the sports news & I don't remember hearing anything about that kind of thing happening.

Cheers,

There's also one where a batter hits a home run to straight-away center, and a girl in the stands threw the ball back to home plate with 1 throw... hehe :D

Wow. heh heh, that's kinda funny. I wonder if that's happened before. Probably has. I'm not too surprised cuz it's a clay court, but the tennis ball is pretty soft and bouncy.

<edit> So it's fake eh? Didn't really think about that. Hmm very likely, hard to tell cuz of the bad quality video.</edit>

i don't know if you guys seen andy roddick play, but last year in the us open he served 137mph. So i think on clay, he probably could serve it into the ground. Yea i seen the commericial, but don't know if its real...can any1 confirm?

Ridiculously fake. Not possible, even on clay. Even an incredibly powerful serve would have just made a divit, it wouldn't have dug itself into the court and stopped on a dime like that.

My friend's dad and one of his friends who are both big tennis fans both remember that incident. It really happened a few years ago.

On a side note, I'm sure the Michael Vick one is fake :)
