video temp monitoring?

where can I find a list of what cards support vid card temp. monitoring as in they have it already and all you need is the software to display it?
 
All Nvidia cards starting with the GF 4's have it at the driver level I believe. I don't know about the ATI cards.
 
Normal G-Force 4's dont have it i think only some manu's put it in like leadtek had one that used their own software, its on FX onwards range though and the 6600's cards need bios update sometimes to unhide this (some manu's didnt include it) but i think the new rivatuner has a setting for it on latest build but i got 6800U so not sure.
 
the XT series does for ATI, they have the Overdrive utility that uses that as an indicator when OCing
